Anchor your mind with your breath. Make friends with stillness

My Body lyrical

Jewish soul, my body lyrical
hymns to the human condition.

Songs are poems, both are prayers
no discrimination in the rhythm.

On a distant stage, a lean figure
in a tailored suit doffs his fedora.
